The Coronavirus (COVID 19) outbreak means that unfortunately life has changed quite dramatically for a lot of us and it is going to keep changing for a while. It may have caused you to feel anxious, stressed, worried, sad, bored, lonely or frustrated.
It is important to remember it is OK to feel this way and completely natural to be worried. Everyone reacts differently to things and it is just OK. Remember that this situation is temporary and for most of us, these difficult feelings will pass.
