The company was founded in 2013 by experienced professionals Nigel Fielding and Nicola Connolly. Nicola is very passionate about Health and Social Care and strives to ensure that all people requiring care and support receive it at the highest levels in a way that meets their day to day needs. Nicola goes above and beyond what is expected of her and always ensures that the needs and well-being of the Clients she supports stay her main priority. Nigel and Nicola have a combined total of over 50 years within the Industry, they have together created a proven tried and tested system to ensure the Clients' needs are understood and met at the highest possible standard.
Nicola has given a modern twist to Domiciliary Care and is continually encouraging her Clients to be a part of the decision making, regarding their Care needs, where possible. This is what she said ...
